Theus Mago represents the alternate persona of Mateo González, a Mexican producer also known as Bufi (Kitsuné/Discotexas). He is recognized for crafting dancefloor bangers encompassing everything from house and disco to oriental electronics and indie dance.

Mateo has been on a steady streak of releases under different labels around the globe such as Lumiere Noire, Turbo Recordings, Optimo, Ombra Intl, Duro, Feines Tier, Correspondant, Get Physical, Pets Recordings and Watergate. Being a co-head of a dance music label Duro he released dozens of brilliant indie dance artists from Mystery Affair and Iñigo Vontier to Mijo and Max Jones. With a recurrent presence at the charts, Theus Mago is currently consolidating as one of the top producers and DJs in its domain.
